Read it in one sitting. Every time Glennon writes a book, I have an necessary epiphany about my next precise move. I had a 4 month meltdown after Love Warrior so I was actually a little nervous to read this book and see what it would do to me. Somehow, her words magically create motion in the people who read them. Her persistent self-reflection makes every reader turn our own lives inside-out.
